What we collect
We do not require accounts and we do not run advertising trackers. The enquiry sheet on our contact page works entirely in your browser; nothing you type is sent to us unless you choose to email it. If you email us, we receive your email address, name and message.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability, retained for a limited period.
How we use it
We use your messages only to reply, to correct articles and to improve our explanations. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to correspondence. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless needed for an ongoing correction or legal obligation.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
